We accelerate the capability definition process by bringing an inventory of capabilities we have seen in the industry. We then work with your organization to assign high-level benefits to each of these capabilities. Ultimately, we use this information to assess whether it makes sense to move forward with some preliminary discussions with solution providers. We have a proven methodology for the evaluation of commercial off-the-shelf software. Our evaluation methodology is accelerated by our inventory of core systems functionality that we enhance and customize during the initial phases of the evaluation.

We conduct a two-phase filtering process to expedite the evaluation without losing credibility in selecting the right software package for your organization. We often will be asked to develop and evaluate RFI/RFP responses as part of the evaluation process. In some cases, we find it prudent to also include an analysis of existing core systems in the evaluation process. We use our prebuilt scoring models to agnostically evaluate the alternatives, and provide high-level implementation plans.
