Strategy Development

BI Assessments

Sometimes the best approach for an increased understanding of your organization’s strengths and weaknesses is an assessment by an independent third party. Centric’s Technical Assessment Framework can quickly size up your organization’s capability and use this information to formulate quick hit and longer-term roadmaps for improvement. Typical assessment activities include evaluating business information needs, information architecture, deployed tools and technologies, technical infrastructure, data-stores (database design, data quality, etc.), and project planning / management methodology.
