Project Management

PSI has extensive experience in working with PJM, SPP and ERCOT both from a Market Participant and RTO/ISO perspective. Our project management services include schedule development and management reporting capabilities for RTO integration, project monitoring & control, issue tracking & resolution, strategic guidance as well as serving as a “sounding board” for the client project leadership team.

Requirements Gathering and Business Process Design

PSI’s team can get the project off to the right start by leading a formalized requirements gathering process. We utilize techniques such as “Source to Sync” analysis to map the flow of business data and assist in identifying process improvements related to ISO / RTO integration and “Day in the Life of a Transaction” that allows combining entities to better understand how their areas would be impacted by organizational changes.

Systems Integration and Testing

PSI can provide the resources to perform technical analysis and assist with systems integration activities. Activities range from system configuration, test scripting, test execution, to final test prior to roll out. In addition, we leverage our hands-on experience with the leading software solutions to facilitate timely and efficient test plan development and execution.
