You won't notice much of a hierarchy at Centric. The management pyramid is rather flat and decentralized. Our emphasis is to share the wealth, expand ownership, recognize and reward performance and celebrate success. Many of us have seen how it should NOT work in our previous careers as Tier 1 consultants. We've addressed all of those concerns and frustrations in building Centric.
