From 1990 until 1999, prior to Intus Technologies, Richard founded and managed MCS Consultants Corporation, a technology consulting firm. MCS Consultants was recognized in 1996, 1997 and 1998 as one of the fastest growing privately held businesses in Indiana. In 1999, Richard was recognized by the Indianapolis Business Journal in as one of the 40 most influential business people under the age of 40 in the state of Indiana.
